Tu je to, ale in english:
Signal path (deep breath):
GR20 output (when used)/A/B for acoustic or electric > Boss NS2 loop out > Nobels split 4 output 1 > Marshall ED1 comp > Dunlop TB crybaby > Boss Vwah > Ibanez TS9 japan > pearl octaver > Marshall Drivemaster > Boss OD3 > Boss MD2 > Dano Fish n' chips > EHX Small clone (TB) > Yamaha magicstomp > NS2 return > Tremolo/vol (with heel switch for anything I choose via external jack) > DOD Bi-fet preamp (used as a solo boost for absolutely any sound I want) > DD3 MIJ > DD3 MIT > Magicstomp 2 > Boss A/B for acoustic to PA or electric to combos. Also used into another seperate magicstomp behind my setup with a sim of my amps and cabs in the case of amp failure
Nobels split 4 output 2: tuner (Ibanez chromatic programable)
Nobels split 4 output 3: to AC2 (the AC2 has a dummy jack in the 'guitar output to switch off the signal completely when not in acoustic mode) > Dano corned beef slapback reverb > optional vol pedal BOSS CS3 > BOSS CH2 > Behringer EQ - not used on demo > FX return of combo (s)
I use the clean channel at mild breakup thanks to the magicstomps always on LPB - I'm driving the things twice as hard as nominal level.
I can also combine the amps drive channel (quite ballsy once you overload the preamp) for vintage post delay type drive but I loose the option of having a solo booster and tend to ride the vol in this mode (have to turn off the noise suppressor).
I also use the rather dodgy onboard reverb for surf moments and additional texture.
Amps 2 x Laney VC30112 set at slight breakup with either Laney 2 X 10 ext. boxes or Marshall cabs depending on the gig.
Plain sailing really
The reason the Pearl octaver reacts the way it does on the upper octave setting is that I goose it with the TS9 and then run it into the drivemaster or OD3 (or both!!!) Try it at home kids! The lower fretboard work comes out more or less unscathed but as soon as you go past the 10th fret the octave kicks in in a VERY Queenish way.
The whole board runs on one Rocktron DC on tap apart from the magicstomps of course, which run on 12 volts. Due to the Nobels' split 4 volume boost I don't suffer from signal degredation, I just need to set up the ED1 acordingly to handle the higher signal. I TB'ed the whole board and it didn't make any difference. (apart from it being bigger!)
