1. Select "View" (with a Left-Click at the top menu) then "Show Master Track"
2. Highlight the new Master Track (Left-Click on "Master") and then Left-Click on "Master Envelopes" (the default label for this box displays "trm")
3. Under "Envelope," check the "Volume" box
4. In the Master Track view, a yellow line will appear (default theme color)
5. Left-Click on the new-yellow line to insert a "starting point" where you want to start the fadeout. A little square box will appear. This is a "marker."
6. Now Left-Click on the same yellow line near the END of the song to insert the next marker and then (Left-click and drag) move the final marker all the way down (to zero volume). You should notice the yellow-line connecting the two-new markers reflecting the linear decrease in volume over time.
7. You can go back and move the two-new markers forward or backward (left or right - or even Up and Down!) as to where to begin and end the fadeout
