I have some knoweldge of their past and current gear;
Back in the 80's for NOTB, POM and PS both Adrian and Dave were using Marshall JCM 800 50W amplifiers. Adrian used Ibanez Baby, Gibson Les Paul, Gibson SG and Lado Earths in this period most of which had DiMarzio Super Distortion pickups in the bridge. Effects wise he really only used an Ibanez tube screamer TS-9 and an Ibanez chorus.
Dave pretty much used his famous black Stratocaster all the time. This guitar has a dual humbucker configuration with a DiMarzio PAF in the neck and Super Distortion in the bridge. Effects wise, he used MXR phase 90, MXR Distortion, MXR 10 band EQ, and a dunlop crybaby along with a flanger and chorus I dont know the make of.
Come Somewhere In time, both Adrian and Dave swithed to Gallien Krueger 250RL solid state amplifiers. Adrian was using Jackson guitars in this era, one of which has the guts of a Roland G-707 synth controller in it, although he used a standard Roland G-707 synth controller guitar in the studio. Effects wise, Boss CE-3 chorus, Boss DD-2 delays, Fuman parametric EQ units and Lexicon reverbs.
Then for the synth sounds, this was a Roland GR-700 guitar synthesiser which basically has the same guts as a Roland JX-3P synthesiser.
Daves effects, not sure although deffinetly wah, flanger, delay and phaser effects.
Seventh Son was most the same, although Gallien Krueger 2100 amps were used instead of the 250RL's.
Pretty much after this, when Janick came into play, Marshall JCM 900 amps were being used by both.
